Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Bara Agency is committed to ensuring that bara.agency is accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility, we have implemented the following:
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks (
header, main, footer, nav) on every page. - A skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- ARIA labels and roles where native HTML semantics are insufficient.
- Decorative images and SVGs marked with
aria-hidden="true". - Meaningful alternative text for informative images.
- Color contrast meeting WCAG AA thresholds (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query across all animations. - Mobile menu focus trap to keep keyboard users oriented within the navigation drawer.
- Form fields with properly associated
<label>elements.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, the following areas are under active improvement:
- Interactive demos — The animated product demos on our home page convey information visually. We have added
aria-liveregions for key state changes, but the full experience is primarily visual. We are working to improve textual descriptions of demo states. - Third-party Calendly widget — The embedded Calendly scheduling widget is a third-party product. Its accessibility is governed by Calendly's accessibility practices. We also provide a text-based contact form as an alternative.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of bara.agency. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and will work to address any issues as quickly as possible.
Technical Approach
bara.agency is built with Next.js (React) and uses standard HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. We test keyboard navigation manually and use browser developer tools to verify color contrast ratios and ARIA usage.
